Channel Utilization Index

Critical in spectrum sharing is the ability to measure true capacity based on utilization and interference metrics.  The SAS (Spectrum Access System) is reliant on propagation modeling, variables passed by a grantee, and heartbeat information.  This largely static methodology restricts capacity.
